No binding contracts. No monthly retainers. No hidden costs.
About FSB
The quiet force behind UK small business.
Running a business in the UK means navigating an increasingly complex landscape – employment law that shifts without warning, tax investigations that arrive unannounced, rising costs and business rates that feel increasingly disconnected from reality.
Most small business owners handle these pressures alone, or pay separately for legal advice, HR support and tax protection as problems arise. FSB membership means that infrastructure is already in place before you need it.
The Federation of Small Businesses represents over 150,000 businesses across the UK. We lobby on behalf of small businesses, recent successful campaigns have included employment law reform, business rates, late payment, VAT thresholds, access to finance and energy costs.
When the rules change, FSB is already in the room.
FSB membership gives you the support, protection and representation your business needs – already in place, for one low annual membership, with no binding contracts or monthly retainers.
Because the reality is, very few businesses are untouched by these pressures.

Who you are speaking to
Hi, I’m Lorraine Lewis, your local FSB Membership Advisor. I am London based, working primarily with businesses across Southwark and Lambeth. I regularly meet business owners at events I hold in Peckham, Brixton and Canada Water.
I help business owners to understand whether FSB membership is right for them and to guide them through the joining process. I can explain membership options, answer questions, and provide ongoing local support. You are welcome to call me on the number at the top of this page, or email me at [email protected], request a call back by completing the contact form on this website, or meet me in person – details of where I will be can be found on my events page. When you speak to me, there is no obligation to register for membership and there is no hard sell.
Being active in the local business community also means that, where appropriate, I may be able to introduce you to local organisations, events, or contacts that could benefit your business, whether or not you decide to become an FSB member.
This website is operated independently by Lorraine Lewis in her capacity as an FSB Membership Advisor and is not the official Federation of Small Businesses corporate website. For corporate information about FSB and its national activities, please visit the official FSB website at FSB.org.uk.
