About

A local guide to practical business support.

I am a FSB Membership Advisor working across South London. I help business owners understand what FSB membership includes, how it works, and whether it may be useful for their business.

How I work

Clear, direct and relationship-led.

I work as a local FSB Membership Advisor, supporting businesses across London.

My role is straightforward – I help business owners understand what FSB membership includes, what it may replace or complement, and whether it makes sense for their circumstances.

I am not here to pressure people into joining. Many conversations are simply about understanding what support is available, what a business is already paying for elsewhere, and whether FSB membership could simplify things.

The conversation

How it works.

01 — We start with a proper chat.
I want to understand your business first — what you do, how it is structured, and what support you already have in place.

02 — I’ll walk you through what’s included.
FSB membership covers a lot of ground — legal, HR, tax, contracts, debt recovery, networking and discounts. I’ll highlight what is most relevant to your situation.

03 — You decide what makes sense.
If membership is relevant, I can talk you through the next steps. If it is not the right time, the conversation is still useful.

04 — I’m still here after you join.
Once you are a member, I stay in contact. If you are unsure how to use a service or want to come to a local event, you can ask me.

Why local matters

FSB is national. My work is local.

FSB is a national organisation, but small businesses often need local relationships, local visibility and local introductions.

Alongside membership conversations, I organise and support networking events, connect businesses with useful contacts, and build relationships with local councils, business groups, venues and support organisations.

For many businesses, that local connection becomes an important part of the value.

Why I work with FSB

Because the model makes sense for small businesses.

What drew me to FSB was the breadth of support available through one annual membership.

Many businesses are used to paying separately for different types of support — HR, legal advice, tax investigation protection, documentation, networking, banking offers and more.

FSB brings many of these areas together while also representing small business interests nationally and locally.

That combination of practical support, advocacy and local connection is why I believe it is worth explaining properly.

Let’s have a straightforward conversation.

If you are curious about FSB membership, or want to understand whether it fits your business, I am happy to talk it through.
