How much does FSB membership cost?

Membership is paid annually, with pricing based on the size and structure of the business. No lock-in contracts.

Associate membership	£97.50 per year

Additional directors or partners within the same business may qualify for associate membership.

Common questions

I already have an accountant. Is there still value in membership?

Absolutely! Most members continue working with their accountant exactly as before.
FSB membership is not a replacement for your accountant. You simply need to check whether you are also paying separately for services or protections that are included within membership.

Is tribunal representation included?

Yes. The FSB's employment support includes tribunal-related support and guidance where appropriate, alongside help with contracts, disciplinary procedures, redundancy, TUPE, performance management and wider employment matters.

Is health and safety support included?

Yes. FSB membership includes access to health and safety guidance and support, including practical advice, templates and documentation.

Can members get involved in shaping small business policy?

Yes. Member surveys are critically important because they help FSB understand what small businesses are experiencing on the ground. Members can also get involved in policy groups, consultations and occasional roundtables connected to small business issues.

Do you only work with London businesses?

No. FSB membership works nationally. My focus is London because that is where I run events and build local business connections, but businesses outside London are welcome to get in touch.

I have more than one business, how does it work.

Membership with The Federation of Small Businesses is tied to an individual rather than an organisation. This means you will only require one annual membership for cover with any of your business activities.
